Right on time Chef! I like food A Lot - maybe I should say, I like to eat A LOTTA FOOD! 😂. I’m learning all over again that portions really do matter - especially to control blood sugar. Sometimes I can eat the same food but because I ate half of what I normally would, the sugar alarm 🚨 will not sound 😲
