Make goals more attainable!

As a 300lb nurse starting my weightloss and health journey seemed overwhelming at first. Then I stopped looking at the 150lbs I needed to lose, but instead broke it down to 10lb increments. My first goal was to lose 10lbs, move my body more and eat less.🤷🏽‍♀️ That was it, simple. But boy did that way of thinking change my outcome. So every 10lbs I lost, I set a new goal, a new move/fitness goal, a new nutrition goal. This way I wasn't overwhelmed and when I was able to do more, goals became easier and easier to reach mentally for me. Try it!
