At 300 pounds, I struggled for years with my weight.  Until I made a decision to not give up!  I lost 157 pounds and manage to keep it off for 7 years and I don't plan on stopping! Today, I am so grateful for the things I learned and knowledge I gained changing my own life. Now, I use that along with my Medical knowledge and education along side my hubby Chef Louis Santiago to help others and I love it!
